Every phase is planned, deliberate, and executed with care. When our team arrives on site, you can trust that the work will follow a clear, proven process from start to finish—because quality isn’t just in the final result. It’s in everything that leads up to it.
It begins with a simple call. We talk through the scope of your project and schedule either an in‑home consultation or a visit to our showroom—whichever works best for you.
During your consultation, we take precise measurements, walk the space with you, and discuss the best options for your home and lifestyle. This is where clarity begins.
Once we’ve gathered the details, we present a quote—either in person or by phone. No pressure. No surprises. Just a clear plan for moving forward.
When you approve the quote, our Operations Manager reaches out to create your project schedule and order materials. This is your dedicated point of contact throughout the process.
You’ll receive a customer agreement by email. Once signed, your dates are locked in, and your project is officially on the calendar.
For more complex projects, we schedule a pre‑construction meeting 7–10 days before work begins. You’ll meet your lead installer, review details, and we’ll ensure every question is answered.
Before our team begins any installation work, we prepare your home with the same care we’d want in our own. Stay Put® durable floor coverings are placed in halls and rooms not being touched, and kitchen cabinets, built‑ins, and other sensitive areas are wrapped and protected. We also install HVAC filters on all the returns to minimize dust in the house.
We know having a major project in your home can feel disruptive, so we approach every step with respect and intention. Doors are secured as the team moves in and out, communication stays steady, and the space is kept as orderly as possible. Any dust or debris created during the day is cleaned before we leave each day.
When the work is complete, you’ll receive a final invoice. Payment can be made by ACH at no fee, or by credit card with a processing fee.
